The Round Barn

Located on the north end of TLBC, the Charles Knapp Round Barn is an authentic barn built in 1920. Its unique structure offers a large meeting room upstairs suitable for 250 people. Handicap-accessible ramps are available for the upstairs meeting room. Moved on July 12, 2003, it expands TLBC’s ministry in a unique way. We have been able to preserve this historic and architectural landmark (one of four domed “true” round barns in Iowa) while acquiring a structure ideally suited for many ministries and events. For weddings and Pumpkinfest.

Waterfront Fun!

TLBC is located on the shores of North Twin Lake and we take full advantage of this with swimming, boating, and other fun in the summer months. We offer all skill-levels of swimmers, two super fast waterslides, fishing, canoes, paddle boats, one-person kayaks,  waterskiing, wakeboarding, and more!

Winter Wonderland

When the snow falls on the lake and freezes over, the waterfront takes on a whole new look with ice skating, broomball, cross-country skiing, and sledding down the 100′ toboggan run! Guests enjoy skating on our large smooth oval rink, and warming hands by the “on-ice” bonfires!

The Splattercage – Paint Ball

The Splattercage is available to rent for parties, youth events, reunions, or even that “intense” business meeting.

The WALL!

Not just any wall! Our 32 foot INDOOR climbing wall has something for everyone. With 6 different faces (options), the wall is a great start for a first-time climber and will also challenge the experienced climber. Safety harnesses and the proper belaying technique are used. This is a camp highlight, a fun spot for youth and school groups as well as a unique birthday party option.
