Frequently Asked Questions

How much will it cost?

There are many variables to consider when pricing an event for a group. The biggest factors are a number of rooms and meal counts. We typically price events based on full use of a building and then add meals. If you want to add the zipline, paintball, or speed boats there will be an additional fee, but all the other recreation and meeting spaces are included.

Do you have a map of Camp?

Do you have RV hookups?

Yes, there are a few spaces in the main part of camp and 25 more on the north edge of our property. All spaces have water and electric up to 50 amps!

Can we bring our pet?

Sorry, no pets in any of the buildings. If you are staying in your own RV, then sure, bring the whole zoo. (I’m kidding about the zoo.)

We want to party like crazy people; do you allow alcohol on the premises?

No alcohol is allowed on property with the exception of wine used as part of communion. We do, however, allow the partying like crazy of sober people.

How do you handle food allergies?

We do our best to accommodate most food allergies. If your allergies are fairly restrictive, you may want to supplement as needed. Please inform us of any allergies before you arrive.

What equipment can we borrow?

Meeting Spaces - Tables and chairs are available for each meeting space. Base Camp (main chapel space) comes with a digital soundboard, programmable lights, and two 75” tv’s. Our Fireside chapel has a basic analog sound board and one 75” TV. Each chapel space comes with a variety of cables and an HDMI cable for the tv’s. You will need to bring your own laptop and any adaptors.

Recreational Activities – They gym includes a climbing wall, 9 Square, Gaga ball, carpetball, and an assortment of basketballs, volleyballs, and soccer balls. Our waterfront includes use of canoes, kayaks, and the waterslides. Use of the toboggan run in the winter includes toboggans. The old dinging hall now houses the camp store as well as ping pong, air hockey, and foosball.

Do you have a camp store?

Yes, it is full of all your favorite TLBC gear and sugary snacks. It is located in the old dining hall. It is open daily throughout our summer camps. During the weekends and non-summer months, it is open upon request.

What are your meal times?

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 8:30 am. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 12:30. Supper is served from 5:30 to 6:00. During the summer months, lunch is not available on Sunday.

Can we prepare our own meals?

Definitely. If you would like to prepare some or all of your own meals you may use the kitchens in the Inn or Fieldstone for a small fee. Or for bigger groups you may rent out our old kitchen and dining hall which is large enough to prepare food for 200. Our new kitchen is not available for rental.

What happens at TLBC throughout the year?

We offer all kinds of year-round programmed events for families, adults, seniors, and kids of all ages. We are also a great facility for churches to hold retreats and families to hold reunions. Contact us or take a minute to look around our website for more information!

Who can come to TLBC?
